Tipper semi trailer

Tipper semi trailer is mainly for some construction materials transportation , Such as sand , stone and other materials , different materials with different trailers shape to design , there have U shape and Square shape can be choose by customer , usually , U shape tipper semi trailer mainly for sand transportation , when it off-loading the goods , it will clean for this whole trailer; if the square shape tipper trailer , it is suitable for big stone transportation , the bottom and side wall thickness can be design ,if carry 20-30 tons , bottom thickness 4mm , side wall thickness 3mm is enough ; for 40-60 tons , if big stone , usually we do bottom thckness10mm ,side wall thickness 8mm, so different goods with differet design. 

Sometimes we design the tipper semi trailer according to customers using place,some people use the tipper truck in very bad road conditions,so usually it need thicken leaf springs to Avoid it to break ,because if use in mining business the road condition is very bad so some customers known this let make thicken leaf spring and thicken mechanical suspension;another conditions,customers will use the dumped trailer on Good conditions but there with serious road weight limited,so there need airbag suspension,for some countries there need airbag suspension with front axle liftable,because when trailer empty ,they need not front axles , so need to lift the front axles to protect the axles can not Wear , For many countries with strict weight restrictions, multi-axle vehicles are more common, because they will measure how many tons you can transport based on the number of axles. In this case, the more axles, the heavier the tonnage. In order to better protect the tires, many customers will use air suspension with front axle lifting, so that when the car is unloaded, the front tires will not be used.

Dump semi trailers are divided into light and heavy types, depending on the country and road conditions. If dump semi trailers are used in some East African countries, light dump semi trailers are more popular because the tonnage transported in East African countries is relatively light and the road rules are different. On the contrary, many West African countries use heavy dump semi-trailers. Heavy dump semi-trailers are used in some mines or unpaved roads to transport a lot of big stones. big stones require the thickness of the bottom plate side plate to be thickened. The ordinary bottom plate thickness cannot transport stones.
