This 3 axles 46K fuel tank trailer features a tank body constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy. While ensuring structural strength, the self-weight is controlled to just 7 tons, a reduction of over 30% compared to carbon steel tanks, effectively increasing the vehicle’s loading capacity.
The aluminum alloy material itself possesses excellent corrosion resistance, allowing it to come into contact with oil and various chemical media for extended periods without damage, significantly reducing maintenance and operating costs. Its lightweight design significantly improves transportation efficiency, especially suitable for long-distance transportation scenarios where load capacity is critical.
Scientific Compartment Design
The tank body adopts a 6-compartment independent separation structure, with a volume distribution of (7000L + 7000L + 11000L + 7000L + 7000L + 7000L), totaling 46 cubic meters. This design allows for the simultaneous loading of multiple different oils or chemicals, meeting customer needs for transporting various types of oil and reducing empty mileage.
Each compartment is equipped with an independent discharge valve, particularly suitable for scenarios requiring frequent switching of goods, such as gas station distribution and chemical park transfers, effectively shortening loading and unloading times.
Air Suspension + BPW Axles
The vehicle is equipped with an advanced air suspension system, which automatically adjusts the height according to road conditions, effectively cushioning vibrations during driving and reducing the risk of liquid sloshing. At the same time, the air suspension reduces the impact force between the tires and the ground, reducing fuel consumption.
Three high-quality BPW axles provide stable and durable load-bearing support for the vehicle, and combined with an efficient braking system, it maintains excellent handling and braking response even under full load or complex road conditions.
Humanized Detail Design
In terms of functional configuration, this tank trailer can be optionally equipped with a high-precision flow meter, helping users to monitor discharge data in real time, achieving accurate measurement and management.
The tank top is equipped with an explosion-proof manhole cover to improve the safety of maintenance operations; the anti-slip ladder design facilitates personnel access; and high-brightness reflective markings and LED lighting systems further enhance operational safety at night and in low-visibility environments.
In addition, the entire vehicle has undergone rigorous fatigue strength testing and anti-corrosion treatment, enabling it to operate stably for extended periods under high temperatures, high humidity, or complex working conditions, truly ensuring worry-free transportation.
