The 5 axis folding gooseneck semi trailer adopts an innovative folding gooseneck design. Different from the traditional fixed structure, the gooseneck part can be flexibly folded and unfolded through a hydraulic control system. After folding, the overall length of the vehicle is significantly reduced, with a minimum turning radius of 8.5 meters, easily meeting the steering needs of narrow factory areas, rural roads and complex urban road conditions. The 5 axis linkage layout combined with a high strength alloy frame ensures structural stability while controlling the self weight within 12 tons, effectively improving the cargo utilization rate. Its folding mechanism uses military grade seals and wear-resistant pins, which have passed 10,000 folding cycle tests without failure, and the service life can reach more than 8 years, greatly reducing the later maintenance cost.
Super Load Bearing & Safety Performance
This semi trailer has a rated load capacity of up to 60 tons. All five axles are equipped with 13 ton reinforced axles and 12R22.5 vacuum tires. The tire grounding area is 20% larger than that of ordinary models, which effectively reduces the pressure on the road surface and can drive smoothly on various roads such as paved roads and gravel roads. The key parts of the vehicle body are welded with Q690 high strength steel, and the welds are tested by X ray flaw detection. The tensile strength is over 700MPa, which can resist structural damage caused by heavy object impact and long term bumps. At the same time, the whole vehicle is equipped with EBS electronic braking system, ABS anti-lock braking system and automatic clearance adjustment arm. The braking response time is shortened to 0.8 seconds, which can effectively prevent wheel lockup in full load downhill or emergency braking scenarios and improve driving safety.
Operational Convenience & Multi Functional Adaptation
The cargo platform adopts a flat design, with anti skid checkered steel plates laid on its surface, which is suitable for transporting various goods such as excavators, loaders, large steel components, and containers. Meanwhile, multiple fastening points are reserved on both sides of the cargo platform. When used in conjunction with adjustable tensioners, these points can effectively secure the goods and prevent displacement during transportation. In addition, the overall height of the vehicle can be adjusted via hydraulic outriggers, facilitating the loading and unloading of low-height goods and meeting the passage requirements of special road conditions.
