Rational Compartment Design

Based on the actual operational needs of customers, this fuel tanker semi-trailer adopts a four-compartment independent structure design, with scientifically allocated volumes for each compartment: 9500L, 9500L, 11000L, and 10000L, totaling 40,000 liters.

The multi-compartment design allows for the simultaneous transportation of multiple types of media, effectively avoiding the risk of mixing, meeting the distribution needs of different customers and different oil products, and significantly improving transportation efficiency and operational flexibility.

Each compartment is equipped with an independent manhole, breather valve, and discharge valve for safe operation and convenient maintenance.

The tank body is made of high-strength special aluminum alloy material, possessing characteristics such as light weight, high strength, and strong corrosion resistance. The aluminum alloy tank body effectively reduces the overall weight of the vehicle, allowing for a greater effective payload within the limits permitted by regulations, thus helping users reduce fuel consumption and increase revenue per trip. At the same time, the aluminum alloy surface is not prone to rust, is easy to clean, has a longer service life, and results in lower long-term operating costs.

Stable Structure

The tank body is equipped with multiple baffles inside, effectively reducing liquid sloshing during driving and improving the vehicle’s stability during braking, turning, and high-speed driving.

The chassis structure is rationally designed with a balanced center of gravity distribution, coupled with a high-quality suspension system and braking system, ensuring good handling performance and driving safety even on complex road conditions.

The suspension system offers two options: mechanical suspension and air suspension, allowing customers to choose flexibly according to their needs.

Comprehensive Safety Configuration

The entire vehicle is equipped with safety components such as emergency shut-off valves, bottom valves, electrostatic grounding devices, and fire extinguishers, effectively reducing transportation risks.
